why apple after sales service in indonesia very poor?
Dear Apple,
I have a claim my iphone 5 16 GB with serial number C9GK1437DTWF on 18 Feb 15 for power button replacement program

I claim via Apple service center ( PT QCD INDONESIA ) in indonesia, but until now, they tell to me that my iphone still wait replacement from apple singapore.
i ask to them about estimation time but they said can not be ascertained, maybe until 6 months later
before i bring my phone to apple service center, i have calling apple support via phone and i get service ticket number 741429592, the support crew advice to me for bring my phone to local / region service center.
please speed up my claim, i dont have backup phone because i am very love with iphone i not use other brand,but i am very disappointed with apple after sales services if i must wait until 6 month.
