Mar 22, 2015 11:51 AM in response to Raider123by J.FromHuntsville,I, too, am experiencing this issue. Just spent about two-hours on the phone with the AppleCare Support folks.
Created a Numbers document on the iPad on Friday evening, but it failed to upload to iCloud, and subsequently to my iPhone by Saturday afternoon. When I checked the iPad again, it said "Updating 2 documents…"
Pages exhibits similar behaviour. Up/downloads are occurring, but at a very slow rate.

Mar 23, 2015 3:23 AM in response to Raider123by gurs11rocks,I've also been experiencing this issue for the past week - extremely frustrating as exams are here and i'm unable to keep everything together and in sync.
For me too, only iCloud.com changes are downloaded but when a change is made on my Mac, iPhone or iPad it isn't uploaded and synchronised with the others.
