Restore from backup

iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes

If they were synced to the iPod then thay are not in a backup so yo have to resync them to the iPod

My photos deleted as soon as i turned on the ICLOUD PHOTO LIBRARY (BETA) option on my iPod and it says that it's supposed to be on my iCloud but I went there and they're not present I'm so confused
