Q: usb 3 hub not working on rmbp (2014) bootcamp win 7

The ORICO usb 3 works fine when my rmbp is on Yosemti,  but restart to WIn 7 SP1 via boot camp and the usb hub is dead.   I use a logitech mouse and keyboard via this hub.  If they connect direct into the USB ports, they work fine.   Seems Win 7 sp1 bootcamp has decided it no longer likes the hub being attached.  It did work before on this same set up, but no longer.

Any ideas?
