Q: Unable to receive some calls on new iPhone 6 Plu
I get ringtone but screen remains black or if it is switched on I have no way to answer call. This only happens with some calls, (maybe from Apple) and there is no record in the call log.
What can I do?
I have tried Apple support for callback but it seems they ring on the mobile and not my home number as they state on their case log.

I understand that you have a black screen, but it seems like your iPhone is still on and working. You may have accidentally turned on Screen Curtain, which is an Accessibility feature in your iPhone:
- Turn the screen curtain on or off. Triple-tap with three fingers. When the screen curtain is on, the screen contents are active even though the display is turned off.
