iTunes crashing after lastest update (as of March 22nd)

I decided to use iTunes after not using it on my PC for a few months straight just to get rid of the U2 album. When I run iTunes, it asks if I'm ready to update it and I decide it'll be harmless to update it. After it updated, it crashed and I've reinstalled twice. Maybe it's gonna get patched later but I don't see how its gonna get patched if we cant even launch it.

Windows 7, 64 bit
