MAGIC MOUSE suddenly

my magic mouse was working well, it didn't fall, broke or anything

i was using it then went to sleep, when i used it not working , there is no green light indicates its working

i changed batteries so many times , i tried to clean the place where you put batteries as i surrfed the internet , its pretty clean and its been a year since i bought it

please i need answers
