I have a old 4s that my kids use, and have used for a while. For some reason I am now getting PUK Locked and called AT&T for a unlock code and told me since the phone is not on their network they can not unlock it and I am to call apple... Any ideas or recommendations?

I did, I got the default code (1111) enter the code asks to create a new code we do so and then tells us invalid...

Then you may have to follow the advice in Doc to get a new sim
