Factory resetting an iPhone 4 and keeping everything on my iPhone 5s (Apple ID)

Hello!

I have two iPhone's - a 4 and a 5s. They are both attached to my Apple ID, but I want to factory reset and delete everything off of the 4. However, I'm scared that I'll delete everything that is connected to both iPhones (pictures, etc.) if I go to Settings>iCloud>Delete Account on the 4.

Can someone help me delete and reset the iPhone 4 without deleting everything connected to my iPhone 5s? I hope this all makes sense.

Thank you!!

iPhone 5s, iOS 7.1.2

Hello, gibbler13.

Thank you for visiting Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you want to remove all of the data from your iPhone 4 but are concerned it will affect your iPhone 5s. To erase all of your data off of your iPhone 4 only, follow the steps in the first article below that covers Erase All Content and Settings. This will not alter any data on your iPhone 5s. However, it is a good idea to create a backup of your data as a precaution.

Back up and restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iCloud or iTunes
