Help w// Iphone 5c
My phone is charging when it is plugged into the wall, but it isn't connecting to ITunes or charging once it is plugged into the USB cable in the computer and I need to restore it. Help?

Are you using the same USB cable to attach it to the computer? If so, then here may be an issue with the USB port on the computer. Try cleaning the port out with a soft, clean toothbrush and then try hooking up the device again. You can also try these troubleshooting steps:
