Mar 22, 2015 2:33 PM in response to CarolZ4by pmiles,Just checked my machine. Had to enable Maps under System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy then had to turn on my Wi-Fi. It has my location and wherever I asked it to look... basically across the street. Also, I checked that com.apple.geod is up and running in Activity Monitor. If this process is crashed, location services won't work.

Have you tried renewing your DHCP lease? System Preferences > Network > Advanced > TCP/IP click on Renew DHCP Lease then OK.
