IPod nano 6 won't shuffle

Suddenly my iPod nano 6 won't shuffle any songs. I've done a reset and have latest itunes version. Other thoughts?

Hi Angbin,

If your iPod nano is not shuffling songs as it should and you have reset it, the next step to troubleshoot would be to restore it to factory settings. See the directions in this article -

Restoring iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

Note that this procedure will remove all data including songs and videos from the iPod nano, so be sure you have those somewhere else first.
