Air Play video breaking when played from Macbook Air

I have been using my Apple TV mostly for Netflix or Youtube but have always been disappointed when I play something by Air Play from my macbook Air.

The video keeps breaking and sometimes just hangs on TV screen whereas on macbook screen it keeps updating.

There is no problem while playing something from phone.

Is this known problem and is there any fix for this?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2014), OS X Yosemite (10.10.2), With Apple TV
