I have been trying to set up family sharing between a few apple devices. My Fiancee would like to use the credit on my account by can't access it from her device. What do I need to do? I have gone through the steps of trying to set it up and I am still confused. I am listed as the parent/guardian and she is listed as the organizer. Do I need to change something with this?

I understand that you would like to set up Family Sharing, but are having issues with the payment method. When the organizer sets up the Family Sharing account, they agree to pay for purchases initiated by family members as described in the Setting up Family Sharing section of the attached article.

If your fiancee is going to be the organizer of the family group and she would like to use your credit card, I would suggest adding your card directly to her Apple ID using the information in the next attached article.
Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - Apple Support
