No. Apple does not do trade ins. You can sell your current iPhone and use the money to buy a newer iPhone. Alternatively you can use one of Apple's partners to Recycle your iPhone and get a gift card with a fraction of the iPhone's value that you can use to buy new iPhone.

Whether the company you bought it from takes it back in exchange for a new one is up to them. You would need to ask hem if they will do that. There's no way we could possibly know.

You are going to have to ask them if they will do that. How can we know when you never even told us where you bought it.
