How do I turn on bluetooth on ipod touch from IOS 8.1.3

I changed to IOS 8.1.3 on iPod Touch and I can't find where to turn on Bluetooth. Can somebody please give me some direction?

OS 8.2 is the latest iOS vers on. BT is i Control Center also in the first block in Settings
