Q: iCloud Drive doesn't work after a system restore.

I've recently done a factory reset of my laptop and noticed that iCloud drive, though turned on in System Preferences, doesn't work. The iCloud Drive folder in Finder is empty and I can't save any iWork documents to the Drive either. I have the option though of saving it to com~apple~pages.

I'd ask Apple Support about this however for some reason their chat service isn't available for this request so I've gone here instead. Any help as soon as possible would be greatly appreciated.

Late 2013 15" Retina MacBook Pro.

Thanks for the link, this pages doesn't have any fixes for my problem. My files are in iCloud, but they don't show up in iCloud Drive in Finder. How can I send the files back to the Drive folder in Finder? I tried downloading the files then moving them into the Drive folder, but they disappeared and didn't seem to copy in.
