Safari 8.0.4 and Command Line Tools 6.2 software updates show as installed but keep re-appearing. Checking Safari reveals that it is still version 8.0.3. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, but I'm left with the same results. The updates show that they're installed but they're not according to Safari.
Thanks! That fixed the problem for Safari. Know where I can get the update for the Command Line Tools? I'm trying to reinstall Xcode to see if that'll help.
