Q: After updating to 8.2 my photos app is blurred. Iphone 6 plus. Its normal ?

As someone who uses my iPhone's camera almost daily, I know I would be distressed to find that suddenly the pictures I am taking are blurry. Let's see if we can get you back up and running. 

I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article - 

Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

In particular the section titled  Your photos are blurred or out of focus.
