iPhone 5C+iOS 8.2+Video won't STOP recording

Hi all,

Had an issue with my iphone 5C for a while now - ever since upgrading to 8.x.

When I start a video to record using the built in Apple software, you cannot stop it recording. In the past I have been advised to reboot the phone, close any apps and all of this has been tested and tried......Only thing I haven't done is a full factory reset, but wondering if there is anyone else who has this issue?

Some internet forums state that many people do, but I cannot find a resolution to this....

Appreciate any help or feedback.

As already mentioned in your other post, to make sure that this is not software related or a result of damaged backup data, set ti back to factory settings, add the reset of your data manually and see if your video recording is working after that. If it does, the backup contained dammed data.
