Macbook Air 13" 2011 - small electric buzz from case

I have a MBA 13" 2011, I've noticed that sometimes when I use it with the charger plugged in, I get a mild electric "buzz" if I run my fingers across the metal casing. Is this normal? Is it dangerous?

You have to take the computer to the Apple store or try a new power adapter.

The electrical system you are connecting to may not be properly grounded. A qualified electrician should examine it.
