iBooks renames files in the library. Is there anyway I can save them under their title?

I'm using iBooks 1.1.1 and noticed that all the files in the library (apart from some PDF's) are saved under a string of letters and numbers rather than the title of the book.

First I'd like to know why that is and secondly does anyone know of a way if not to reverse it then make it stop doing so. Or at the very least is there a way to find the book you want in 'finder'?
