I made short video with the camera abside down - vertical instead horizontal. How to turn video about 90° in horizontal position?

The information outlined below details how to go about rotating a video in QuickTime Player.
If you have a video file that is upside down or reversed, you can rotate or flip it to correct it. To rotate or flip a clip:
- Open the in QuickTime player
- From the Edit menu choose Rotate Left, Rotate Right, Flip Horizontal, or Flip Vertical depending on the rotation or flip need to correct the clip.

Unfortunately my Quicktime Version 10.0 does not show any EDIT OPTION FILE, like: Open the file in QuickTime Player.
What can I do?
