Mar 23, 2015 10:45 AM in response to 1hotrod4uby OldGnome,Have you raised this question on a Samsung forum? It sounds like the ear buds are working, but that there could be some incompatibility with the Samsung device. Have you tested the ear buds on an iPhone?

Mar 23, 2015 11:13 AM in response to 1hotrod4uby OldGnome,To me, that shows that the ear buds work....just not with the Samsung Centura. I would check with Samsung or on a Samsung forum.

Since there is nothing on the ear buds to fix, the solution is somewhere within the Samsung device. If they won't help you, I am afraid there really isn't much this user-to-user forum can do to help.
The only other question is whether you have tested other headphone or ear buds with the Samsung device. If you have and it works, use that. If it doesn't work, that means there is a problem with the Samsung device.
