why are there missing books on the itunes store

i have been excited for a good book to come out called jinx's magic by Sage Blackwood.but when i got on itunes, this is what i found:

it has the first book: Jinx, and the third coming soon book: Jinx's Fire, but not the second: Jinx's Magic. please help i really want that book. thanks in advance
