Food Network issues: can't play videos and see reviews on

Hi, I am having issues with playing videos and viewing recipe reviews on Food Network from my MBP.

I can see the link to the video, but when I click on video it takes me to a blank page (with other links that look like photos, but no videos) . I have reached out to Food Network, who suggested that I "clean my entire cache and cookies" because "they recently switched registration platforms and were experiencing issues". I would prefer not wiping everything out, if possible. I have not had other video issues with other websites.

Questions:

- Is there a way to clear cache and cookies from specific sites? and would this be effective?

- If not effective, how do I clear cache and cookies in general?

What I have:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Mid 2014)

OS X Yosemite 10.10.2

Thanks. I appreciate any guidance you are able to provide.

Safari/Preferences/Advanced - enable the Develop menu, then go there and Empty Caches. Quit/reopen Safari and test. Then try Safari/History/Show History and delete all history items. Quit/reopen Safari and test. You can also try try Safari/Clear History and Web Site Data. The down side is it clears all cookies.Doing this may cause some sites to no longer recognize your computer as one that has visited the web site.
