When i delete an app from my phone I can still find it on my iCloud and phone history downloaded apps, For security reasons I have attempted to completely make them disappear even from my downloaded history but I am unable, can anyone help me on this issue?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
From your post I understand you would like to remove the App Store download history from your account. They cannot be deleted, but are able to be hidden. If you want to hide your App Store downloads, then you can follow the directions below to do so.
