The installer found recently used PowerPC apps on my Mac - Palm Desktop and Conduit Manager (also Palm)-, which will not run on OS X 10.10.
The Palm Desktop is a program that I daily use and would like to keep.
It runs smoothly on the current OS. Why is it not possible to have it running also on Yosemite?

Sorry, but all OS X versions after Snow Leopard are unable to run PowerPC software. You can continue to use it only if you install a Snow Leopard partition on your hard drive or on another hard drive from which to boot the computer whenever you wish to use that older software.
Partition your hard drive or add an external drive and install Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and Palm into it. Dual-boot into Snow Leopard when you want to run Palm.
How can I keep running Palm Desktop?
