Q: solamente me funciona la pantalla tactil en la parte superior en la inferior no funciona y no me deja desbloquear el telefono.

Hola tengo un iphone 3gs y solamente me funciona la pantalla tactil en la parte superior en la inferior no funciona y no me deja desbloquear el telefono. Creeís que es problema de la pantalla tactil y si la reemplazo la pantalla tactil se solucionara el problema o seguirá persistiendo. Me gustaría saberlo antes de proceder a sustituir la pantalla tactil

    Sorry, but Apple does not replace screens for the 3GS model. The iPhone is not supposed to be opened by the user, only an Authorized Apple Service Provider can do that.

    If you are trying to fix the phone, Apple will not repair or replace your device anymore, even if you are willing to pay for that.

    Apple will replace the phone with a working one if your are paying the Out-Of-Warranty-Service fee:

    Out-of-warranty repair service
    If your repair isn’t covered by Apple’s One Year Limited Warranty, AppleCare+, or AppleCare Protection Plan, your iPhone might be eligible for out-of-warranty service. For example, liquid damage isn’t covered by warranty but might be eligible for out-of-warranty service. Some damage isn’t eligible at all, for example if your device has been broken into multiple pieces. See Apple’s Repair Terms and Conditions for complete details.

    Yo no he pregunado por eso. He preguntado que tengo un iphone 3gs cuya pantalla táctil funciona en la parte superior y en la inferior no funciona y me gustaría saber si reemplzando la pantalla táctil funcionará entera otra vez.

    Sorry, but Apple does not sale any spare parts.There are 3rd party companies that do that, for example this one, but nobody knows if those parts are genuine and if the screen will work after you tried to replace it.
