iTunes is not resonding after updating

I am running Windows 7 - 64 bit. I updated iTunes and it would not run. I would get the message - Not Responding. I removed iTunes and then reinstalled it and I am still getting the same issue. What do I need to do to get this fixed?

HP Pavilion g Series-OTHER, Windows 7

The best way to find out if you have the most up to date version of iTunes is to follow these steps below.


Windows

  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If the menu bar isn't showing, hold down the Control and B keys to open it. Learn more about the iTunes for Windows menu bar.
  3. From the menu bar, choose Help > Check for Updates.
  4. Follow the prompts to install the latest version.
    If you are not prompted to install a new version of iTunes, you already have the latest version your operating system can support. See the System Requirements on the iTunes download page.
