Ipad mini turning off all the time

Hi,

I have an iPad mini which is 15 months old.

Version 8.2 (12D508) - I think it has 16GB - Software is updated iOS 8.2

Lately it has begun to close down or re-boot all the time, which is a pain.

Is there any logic explanation to this problem and/or can I do anything to solve this problem, or do I return it back to the store i bought it??
