how do I sync my iPhone calendar with my iPad and PacBook?

I don't know what a "PacBook" is. If you mean a "MacBook", then all devices (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) can use the iCloud calendar.

Simply move all your stuff to an iCloud calendar and all your devices will see it.
