Changing name on iCloud account on new iPad Air 2

I gave my wife a new iPad Air 2 over the weekend, and I'm trying to set it up on her own Apple ID. The old iPad was actually mine, but she used it exclusively. I backed up the old iPad to her iTunes account, then set up the new iPad with the backup. I managed to get its iCloud account pointed at her Apple ID, but the iCloud account shows my name above her Apple ID.

How do I change the name shown to hers instead of mine? I can't find a way to change this. I'm not sure why it's diplaying my name in the first place.
