I would like to read the packet trafic over the ethernet connexion to the airport. There was a software named packet analyser many years ago, but can't find it.
Any suggestions ?

Thanks for your answer. I did that, my question was more about the quality of all those product I.g Eesy ti read, and easy to use. I want to know what is using the connection and fallow the packet.
I believe that I will have to go back to the basic and use TCPUMP.

Sorry, but not knowing your level of experience with packet tracing software it would be difficult to offer what may, or not may be, easy to use. Most collect raw data and it would be up to you to "filter" through it.
However, there are others that do provide a more user friendly interface that identifies what application is sending information out to the Internet and to where. One that I would suggest is Little Snitch.
I will compare. There is also Wireshark that is supposed to be most popular around
