converting color for fcp

I am using an image from the clients web site, that when I import to fcp, the color is completely different. I have forgotten how to change the colors for fcp.

Any help is appreciated!

You can use photoshop to convert the image to sRGB. Most computer monitors show that reasonably well.

Am I able to convert to rgb in fcp? Is there a function in fcp 6, which is the system I use?

No. FCP is a video editor. It does not do graphic colorspace format conversions - other than taking what ever material you drop into a time line and convert it to either Rec 709 for HD or Rec 601 for Standard Def.
