Q: Update Errors

I tried to update my iPhone through iTunes using my laptop, but there was an error downloading the update and now my phone is telling me to connect to itunes but I'm unable to even though I've tried using multible chargers and redownloaded iTunes. what do I do now? I can't have itunes support call me either because my phone won't take calls
