Hi,
I put my laptop in my computer bag and there was pencil sticking up and it got jammed in the USB Port, but I only realized 10 minutes later when my bag smelt funny. I took my laptop out and the USB Port was burnt inside. Will this effect my computer in any way? Is there anyway to get it replaced??

Will this affect (sp) your computer? Definitely!
Is there any way (sp) to get it replaced? Certainly! You can either fix the machine (preferably at an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center) or purchase a new machine. You're not expecting a free replacement, are you?
Not looking to get a free replacement, but it is a new machine. So I would prefer to replace the USB port.
They're probably going to have to replace the entire system board. Something definitely got fried and it was probably more than just the connector.
