I need to change the iCloud e-mail address I created when I set it up. I have been able to change everything except for this. Any useful information would be very much appreciated. 🙂

You shouldn't post your e-mail address in an open forum. It is an invitation for spam. I've asked the hosts to delete it.
An iCloud ID is an Apple ID.

If you have an Apple ID that ends in @icloud.com, @me.com, or @mac.com then it cannot be changed. If it does not then you should be able to change it as long as what you are changing it to is not already an Apple ID. For more information, take a look at the article below.
