my new macbook pro Yosemite w/o promised apps???

I'm just getting started with my new macbook pro Yosemite 16g from Best Buy, and it says in the "What it comes with" part of the ad on Best Buy, AND in the little booklet that it comes with iPhoto, iMovie, Garageband, Pages, Numbers & Keynote, but I cannot find them on my computer (checking the APPS section, checking the "search" little magnifying glass, and everywhere...

I'm not an idiot...I know computers, but this is my first Mac, so why is it putting me on a Search and Rescue mission in the middle of the night??!!!

Come on APPLE!!!

Am I not looking in the right places??

Any suggestions? I went to the Apps store, but they want me to BUY the apps!!

Not gonna happen.
