Book won't download

Book won't download

i pre-ordered a book on iTunes, that was released today. I can't download it in iBooks on the iPad, altough I have no problem on the iPhone.

On the iPad I can see the download bar and it says it's downloading, but it doesn't show any progress. I tried rebootint countless times, force quitting the app, and deleting the book and trying to download it again, all to no avail.

any ideas on whats happening and how it can be solved?
