Call Bug
Whenever i get an incoming call, i dont get an option to decline it, some times it comes but very rarely. is this a bug or any purpose for this functionality. please help.

When receiving a call on your iPhone, you should have several different options for silencing or declining, as outlined in the following article (the article is aimed at slightly older iPhones, but all the same options should still be available):

If the phone is locked, you will only see the slide to answer indicator. If you want to decline the call, tap the power button once to silence it or twice to send it right to voice mail.
If the phone is not locked, you'll see both the accept and decline buttons.
You also have the option, in either state to decline with a message or decline and set a reminder to call back.
