I'm trying use the Vcard export through web in Windows, but this not work.
I select all contacts, and click in the gear and select "export VCard", but nothing happens.
I tested in Windows 7 and 8, with Internet explorer, chrome and firefox.

Thanks for your question. Just to clarify, are you using a computer to access your contacts from the www.icloud.com website?
