since upgrading to 10.10.2 iPhoto will not open I did the iPhoto upgrade and still won't open ?

I upgraded to 10.10.2 and iPhoto will not open did the iPhoto upgrade and still won't open keeps saying I need to up grade.

Mac mini, OS X Yosemite (10.10.2)
