Q: Error 3194

hello

i got a used iphone 5 that has been jailbroken on ios7 <<<<< so i need to delete cydia from it

When i try to restore my iphone 5 from ios7 to ios 8 i use itunes when i got this message "error 3194" and i edit hosts file and i got nothing.
