When I try to iMessage from my computer, it is saying that everyone is offline and their names are red. It keeps saying that they are not registered, but these are people that I iMessage everyday! Help please!

My phone is connected to the same network and it is working fine. And i have not received them on my computer in a few days
But the phone can use its cellular connection
I am on the internet with my computer right now....so i don't understand why iMessage would not be working. I don't have another network to connect to until later this after noon. I am at work right now.
Please sign out of iMessage and sign back in. If there's no change, log out or restart the computer and try again.
