Mac pro retina mid 2014 got bright dot on screen

I bring my mac to iService today and they told me it's 2 week for fix this. And i ask them how can i work if you took my mac 2 week you have other mac book for me ? They told me no we not have that service. I feel so bad i just bought my mac book 6 month if i let them fix i have noting to work finally i took my mac book home and work with bright dot
