Q: Showing "call back", while trying to call

When i am trying to call to an one, its not even ringing and its showing call back. I tried 6-10 times, but still I am unable call.

After some time (may be 1-2 hrs), i am able to call

Please help me out.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2
