I want to delete photos on my pc on icloud.com but no photos are showing to delete. Please advise.

I would try to log out of iCloud, wait, are you logging in to iCloud.com, or using the iCloud app on the pc?? Either way log out of both, restart and log in again.
Thank you for replying. I logged into iCloud.com from my pc. I will log out and restart and try again. I have restarted once already though.
Restarted - still no photos. I realized that my cloud was full and I save my photos to my computer, but I should have photos from previous backups to delete.
go into your photos folder on your c drive. under your user name and you should have an icloud folder there. you can manage your photos from there if needed.
