Hi my Apple tv is not working. Just showing the apple logo. Have tried rebooting via remote control and turning off overnight. I don't have a laptop. ???
Can you try on a friend's laptop?
If not you would need to take a trip to an Apple Store to see if they can help - is it under warranty?
