I got scam. Can this people access my computer again?

This fake agent access my computer but I ended the session once he asked me for money. It seems he put a virus trojan.gen2 in my computer but I removed all unknown files and it doesn't appear anymore when I scan the antivirus. I don't have much personal information in my computer so not worry about that but can he access my computer again without me knowing?
